About Recraft Copy Desk
Who and why. Edward Tay built this desk for his application to the Recraft Design Copywriter role. It is an independent prototype. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Recraft.
Sources. Short quotes from recraft.ai, the Recraft docs and @recraftai, each linked to the page it came from. Public information as of 2026-10-05. The fact registry (models, plans, prices, credit costs, headline numbers) was built from those pages; where two pages disagree, it records which one wins and why.
How the rules work. The voice and fact checks are written rules that run in your browser. They give the same answer every time: AI vocabulary and hype, contrast foils, long dashes, sentence rhythm, off-registry names, numbers and prices, and the structure answer engines quote.
How the model is used. "Draft with AI", "Rewrite in house voice" and "Suggest" call gpt-oss-120b on Cloudflare Workers AI. Its instructions are the Voice guide in this desk. Every draft then runs through the same rules on the server; if a voice or fact flag remains, the model gets one more pass with those flags, and any long dash left is replaced. The provenance line on each draft says how many passes it took and how many flags are left. If the model is unavailable, the desk shows the rule-based draft and says so. Requests are limited to 20 per 10 minutes per visitor.
Your text. Text you paste stays in your browser unless you press an AI button, which sends that passage to this site's worker and to Workers AI. "Copy link" puts the text in the link itself.
